Exchange Requests

We wanted to give you a quick update on our exchange policy. We’ve made some changes to make things easier for our team and to better serve all of our customers. From now on, you’ll have up to 6 hours after delivery to exchange a product.

We understand that managing a payment-on-delivery inventory can be tricky, and we don’t want to overload our team with delayed or repetitive exchange requests.

Rest assured that if there’s an issue with your order that’s our fault, we’ll take full responsibility and work to resolve it. If you return the item in its original condition, we may even provide a refund.

Please note that we expect you to read all the information we’ve posted about a product before making a purchase. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to hold you liable.

We hope this update doesn’t inconvenience you in any way, but we wanted to make sure you’re aware of the changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Return/Refund

We typically process and dispatch orders within 36hrs.

We’ve updated our returns/exchange duration of products to 24Hrs for Returns and 36 Hrs for Exchange Effective Monday, 26th July 2022.

The revision is designed to make doing business with us much easier for you, as well as to reflect recent changes in our delivery days.

If there is a problem with your package order that is our fault, we may provide a REFUND upon request.

As a result, we reserve the right to hold you liable if you fail to read ALL of the information about a product posted on our page.

Returns must be in the same condition as when they were purchased
